About
Susan is responsible for creating the appropriate fee records for each programme and year in the student record system, managing the transfer of data from the students records system to external bodies (e.g. SAAS and the Student Loans Company) and internal departments (e.g. the University’s income office) and providing advice to students on SLC and SAAS funding rules and policy.
